Your watch isn’t ‘as good as’ European brands—it’s crafted on the same lines, by the same hands, refined over years of meeting Europe’s highest expectations."
3. Are your materials and manufacturing truly European-grade?
"Yes. We use:
German stainless steel cases (scratch-resistant, like premium EU brands)
Swiss movement-grade precision in all sensors (accuracy validated by TÜV Rheinland)
Every component meets or exceeds CE/IEC/EN standards—proven through our OEM legacy."
4. Do you ship across Europe? What about returns?
"Ships from our Warsaw hub in 3-5 days. 7-day ‘no stories asked’ return policy—because trust, like a good watch, should be timeless.
Customers can return products within 7 days of receipt if items are in their original condition and include all accessories and packaging.
Returns may incur a 70% depreciation charge, and customers are responsible for shipping fees. Refunds are processed within four weeks after the product is received.
Additionally, a 15-day Easy Exchange Policy is available for items with quality issues, allowing exchanges for different colors or higher-priced products by covering the price difference. Exchanges must also include all original components in good condition."

7. What’s your warranty policy?
"EpochTec provides our global users with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase.
For warranty service, please contact official customer service team at service@epochtec.eu and provide us with the following information so that we can provide you with targeted after-sales service: screenshot of the order or order number/description of the problem/video/watch model."
8. When will I receive my refund?
"Your refund will be processed automatically as soon as your order has been canceled or we have received the returned product.
You will receive your refund within 3 to 15 working days, depending on the payment method and the processing time of the designated bank."
9. Are Epochtec smartwatches waterproof?
"The EpochTec smartwatches, with an IP68 water resistance rating, are suitable for everyday water activities such as washing hands, getting caught in the rain. However, please do not wear any Epochtec smartwatch during hot showers."
